If it's Tanzanian, Kenyan street food you are looking for, then you came to the right place. Karibuni Zanzibar Hot Style is one of the few traditional Tanzanian, Kenyan street food outlets in London. Take a stroll through the bustling Barking Market and at the bottom end, you will find this fantastic food trailer, Not only a great meeting place for Swahili speakers but also serving fantastic, Authentic traditional east African Swahili food such as Urojo soup (Zanzibar mix), Mishkaki (Beef or chicken Kebabs), Mandazi, Nyama Choma, chapatti and loads more. Many sailors have said they can smell the spices on Zanzibar island before they actually see the island. this little food outlet is no exception, you will smell the wonderful aromas of BBQ food billowing from its chimney well before you arrive. Barking market is filled with loads of low priced clothes, bags, shoes and further up the road if you fancy a drink, there is the Barking Dog Wetherspoons pub.
All in All this small adventure was a wonderful experience and I will certainly be returning for more of the mouth-watering tasty food at Karibuni Zanzibar Hot Style.
