shakshuka is made with eggs that are gently poached in a hot mixture of tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, capsicum and garlic. A few warm spices and some fresh herbs complete the recipe. Shakshuka is typical of North African and Arab cuisine and were common throughout the Middle East and former Ottoman Empire.

6) Raw Garlic- 20 pieces
7) Green chili -5-10 pieces

9) Dhaniya/coriander powder-1tbsp
10) Golmirch/black pepper powder-1tbsp
11) Kashmiri mirch/chili powder-1tbsp

13) garam/hot masala powder-1/2 tbsp
